This property is an end unit townhouse in a quiet and inviting residential neighborhood. The home is ideal for a family, a group of couples, or a group of friends. The townhomes provide private parking on the backside which are first come first serve, with additional street parking around the perimeter of the homes. There is a front and a back entrance to the neighborhood each opening onto the same larger road. The neighborhood has a shared pool area, walking trails, creek, and small playgrounds for children. During your stay, you are welcome to access and use all of these amenities which makes this a truly special stay. The group of townhomes is just adjacent to very small section of commercial shops including a salon and boutique. Local shopping and grocery stores are ~5 minute drive. There are bus routes near the neighborhood if desired, otherwise this location is very central for a stay in Chapel Hill, a quick drive to downtown, Franklin Street, UNC campus. Other areas in the Triangle are easily accessible with I-40 access to Durham, Raleigh, RDU airport.

You can’t top Andrew for speed in communicating and addressing concerns. My primary concern was the mention in a previous review that cited filthy walls. As cleanliness is of utmost importance to me and my family, that raised a red flag. While the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The walls, in fact the entire condo, was very clean. We loved the neighborhood…very friendly folks reside there! We hope to return!

The location of the property was great but we had several issues with the place. We could smell the strong odor of the cleaning supplies used at the condo before we entered. The smell was so overwhelming, it almost made us sick. The walls were filthy, as well as, the pillows and other upholstered furnishings. Lastly, the mattresses and pillows on the beds were really poor quality. It felt like the master bed was going to collapse at any moment.

This year we thought it would be great to get away with our adult children This home was ideal for relaxing and spending time with family It is a beautiful neighborhood to walk in and close to many wonderful places We enjoyed heading into Chapel Hill and the Carrboro market area! Side trips to Durham and Raleigh were also possible due to proximity We would definitely return

Very pleasant stay in Chapel Hill! Very quiet and safe area. House was prefect set up for our 4 guests. No one ever felt crowded. Thoroughly enjoyed the walking paths in the area. Also very nice patio area out back. Would 10/10 recommend this property- especially for the asthmatic in our group! Love love love their NO pet policy! Thanks Andrew! If your furry family members are staying home- this is a great spot for you!

The location is convenient to UNC and Duke (visited both). Our host was easy to text and communicate. The community pool was great and an easy two block walk from the residence.
