Nestled in Hampton Beach, this attractive house for $900 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The Tides is two separate units, the High Tide and Low Tide in one building. This is a two family home, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. The tides sleeps 14 people comfortably in beds. This is a four bedroom that sleeps eight. AC units in every bedroom window. We are available to meet you and show you around when you check in, we are always available via text and email, but we will not bother you unless you need us Just over the Hampton bridge, P Street is close to Hampton Beach has to offer Address, parking instructions, and door codes will be sent prior to check in Welcome to The Tides... Get over the Hampton Bridge and park right here on P St. before all the traffic starts, walk to the boardwalk and all your favorite places... There is plenty of living space at The Tides. The Tides is 2 separate units, the High Tide and the Low Tide, in one building. This two family home has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. The Tides sleeps 16 in beds total. A nice walk to the Casino and the free nightly outdoor shows at the Sea Shell (exactly a .6 mile walk from the house), and it's about a 2 blocks to the beach, .2 miles. The High Tide: On the 2nd floor is a large eat-in kitchen that seats 6, 1 full bathroom (shower, no tub) with washer/dryer, a large open living room with 52” Roku TV and XfinityX1 wireless Internet. We do not have “regular cable TV”, just strong Internet for the Roku TV and all your devices. The High Tide has both a front enclosed porch and a back open porch, plenty of outdoor space here. There’s also a Gas Grill off the back porch. 4 Bedrooms on the second floor of the upper unit: Bedroom #1 - one queen bed Bedroom #2 - one full bed Bedroom #3 - one full bed Bedroom #4 - one full bed with day bed Low Tide amenities include ground level entry/no stairs, an eat in kitchen with seating for 6, an outdoor patio space, 1 full bathroom (shower, no tub), large open living room with 32” Roku TV and, XfinityX1 Blast wireless Internet. We don’t not have “regular cable TV”, just strong Internet for the Roku TV and all your devices. 2 Bedrooms in the lower unit: Bedroom #1 - one queen bed Bedroom #2 - two full beds Day bed in the living room The Tides will sleep 16 in beds, including the day beds. Please bring linens and your favorite pillow as we do not provide linens, towels, blankets, or pillows. Both kitchens are complete with full-sized appliances. We have window air conditioning units in all bedrooms, and some window air conditioning units in the main living areas. The Tides has private parking for 2 cars at the house, and remote parking for 2 cars 200 yards away in a private parking lot . Additional public pay parking is available just one block away. The Tides parks 4 cars total. We offer contactless check in/check out for all of our properties. The door code and all check in instructions will be provided when final payment is made (60 days before check in) and one week before check in. Right out your door you'll find the Coffee Break Cafe, a Laundromat, Patriot Convenience Store, Sabos Subs, Stacey Janes Karaoke Bar, and The Ocean Wok. Bernies Beach Bar and Buc's Lagoon Mini Golf, Snack Bar, and Ice Cream are just a few blocks away. Happy to answer any questions you might have. The Tides were great for our family reunion @ Hampton Beach! The rental was above what we expected and Jason was great with any questions or concerns we had! We had 2 -12yrs olds and 10 adults and we were very comfortable and location is good! Would recommend to anyone with large family! We will rent again and can’t wait till next year!! Thanks again Jason!

We rented this property to enjoy Seafood Fest. It had everything we needed with a short walk to the festivities. Jason was quick to respond to any questions I had before and during the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Everyone in our party loved the location of the Tides. It is away from the large crowds but within walking distance. It is a short walk to the beach, the fishing boats and to the boardwalk. The owner/manager is very nice and responded quickly to all questions I had. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely go back and rent the Tides again.

Good time but when the fire detector went off we could not reach any one either the owner or VRBO - They were not helpful at all - we removed the batteries - not a pleasent experience

Renting this property was a good experience overall!! Jason was very accommodating and communication was excellent!! Our family enjoyed the space…it fit all of us very well with room to gather all together which is very important to us! The air conditioned bedrooms were need after a long day in the beach!! The neighbors were also very friendly and willing to help! A few upgrades could be made but overall we were very happy with the house!! Thank you Jason for making our stay so great!!

We had a lovely time there. Great location and rental. There are some things that need fixing /updating but all in all we had a great time and would rent again. The owner Jason is a pleasure to deal with. thank you : )

This rental is very old and not very clean. We actually went and bought some cleaning products to make it feel a little cleaner. We have stayed in Hampton Beach multiple times and my husbands family has been coming since he was a child. I would say this was probably our worst experience. All the blinds are falling apart and things look very cobbled together. For what you pay to stay somewhere I would expect things to be much nicer and at the most clean. There were also some long term renters that were staying at the property right behind the house that were very sketchy. We felt that we had to have the house locked up at all times. Strange people were coming over all the time and they would have loud conversations outside. I was very sad that this was not what we thought we were getting. We still had a good time but unfortunately we will not be going back to LunaBlu properties.
