Good points: hot showers, good air conditioning, comfortable sleeping. Screened windows that open. Convenient central location. Owner was very responsive; let us check in early when we arrived in town early and responded quickly to fix a problem with the air conditioning. Caveats: narrow driveway and small backyard space for parking which would be difficult to maneuver with large car. Steep staircase with no hand railing.

Perfect for affordable bike trip to Rays MTB

The property is adequate for what you pay. Unfortunately we did not know about the staircase that was narrow and had multi levels. There were some requests from the landlord that we did not know until we checked in to the property. Parking is not easy or you can park on the street. The Neighborhood was nice and well kept. Needs a new bed. We did appreciate that it was pet friendly.
