About this apartment rental
Underfloor heating, an open floor plan, and plenty of natural light, plus a large, fenced-in garden with a covered patio. Apartment 1 is part of our vacation home at Vogelpark and is perfect for two people—and we’re happy to welcome guests with a child or dog. It’s about 600 meters from the beach.
The Apartment
Apartment 1 is one of the two apartments at Nienrausch, our vacation home at the Vogelpark in Niendorf. Across 55 m², the living, cooking, and sleeping areas flow seamlessly into one another without feeling cramped. The built-in furniture defines the space, the double bed has its own quiet area, and plenty of natural light makes the rooms bright and spacious. Everything is on one level, and the underfloor heating ensures comfort even in fall and winter.
Garden and Dogs
The best is right outside the door: a large garden with a covered patio where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors even in typical Baltic Sea weather. We’ve fenced in the property for our four-legged guests. Dogs are warmly welcome at no extra charge.
Cooking and Sleeping
The open kitchen is fully equipped, and the large dining table offers plenty of space for long evenings. A sleeper sofa accommodates a third person, and for children, a high chair, travel crib, and some toys are provided.
Location
A wooden boardwalk leads across the moorland to the house, setting the mood for the surrounding nature. The beach, the fishing harbor, and the pier are about 600 meters away. Two simple bicycles are available at the house; the Brodten cliffs and Hemmelsdorf Lake are within cycling distance.

Are you traveling with a larger group? Apartment 1 can be connected to Apartment 2 via a double sliding door to create a 105 m² home.
Good to know
You can check in contactlessly using your personal access code starting at 3:00 PM and check out by 11:00 AM, and a free parking space on the property is included. The service fee of 110 € covers final cleaning, bed linens, towels, utilities, bicycles, Wi-Fi, and your dogs. There is no security deposit. You’ll pay the visitor’s tax in cash upon checkout. For children, we charge a one-time fee of 15 € per child for bed linens and towels, also payable in cash upon checkout. The travel crib is free; bedding for it is also available upon request for 15 €.
