Close enough to enjoy all that Gatlinburg has to offer yet far enough away to enjoy the solitude and serenity of the mountains ★ Downtown Gatlinburg 1.4 miles away ★ Great Smoky Mountain National Park 1.4 miles away ★ Ober Mountain Ski Resort 1.5 miles away ★ Open floor plan ★ 2 bedroom, 2 bath (Upstairs master with king bed, 2nd bdrm with queen) ★ Sleeper sofa in living room area (Sleeps 2 large adults) ★ Upstairs private master with king bed, private balcony, private bath ★ Open loft game room area with a shuffle board, board games, puzzles and an adventure wall. ★ Fully equipped kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, drip coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker as well, air fryer, utensils/cookware/baking pans, spices/cooking oils Of note: there is no dishwasher :) (sorry guys! So bring your own LOL, our dishwashers are the kiddos) ★ Outdoor living: wraparound deck, hot tub, outdoor wood burning fireplace with chimney to enjoy an evening around the fire making s’mores and sharing stories, outdoor dining (2 table settings - each set 6), Outdoor TV, charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal). ★ FREE & UNLIMITED ACCESS TO 3 CHALET VILLAGE OWNERS CLUBS where you can enjoy swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness rooms, & game rooms. Pools are seasonal 1/2 mile away is Chalet Village Market where you can find groceries, pizzas & burgers made to order, beer & beverages, personal care products. Security cameras strictly for security and in no way interferes with guest’s privacy ★ Large driveway and parking area. Hotrod car haulers welcome! Details to note 1.) Check-in is at 4pm Check-out at 10am 2.) Starter pack We provide a starter pack of the items below. ✓ Dish soap ✓ Laundry detergent and dryer sheets ✓ Shampoo/Condition/body wash/bar soap ✓ Toilet paper/paper towels ✓ Flour/sugar/coffee/crm/cooking oils ✓ Spices ✓ Trash bags You may need to bring more of these items depending on the length of your stay 3.) We provide smart TVs to stream your favorite shows 4.) Hot tub is professional cleaned before and after each guest 5.) 7 steps to reach front door, but otherwise very easy mobility around space 6.) No smoking or vaping in the chalet 7.) We are surrounded by trees. While this is peaceful, it does mean you will encounter bugs, insects, leaves, pollen, small twigs. Pollen will settle on outdoor furniture and decking. While the house is professionally cleaned, keep in mind the house is still a mountain chalet on the outside. 8.) Damage protection - The $40 charge listed as a "management fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.

The Getaway Chalet was a perfect stay for our family vacation to the mountains! It was equiped with everything we needed and so close to the attractions that made our stay even more memorable. The neighborhood was quiet and absolutely beautiful in the freshly fallen snow ❄️Amy was there when we needed her during the snowy winter weather offering tips and road closures to keep us safe (being first timers in the snow was a little intimidating...lol). We'd happily stay again and again!! Looking forward to another family adventure in Tennessee!

We had a good time. Amy is very attentive. Location is great: 3 mins drive to Gatlinburg. Just a FYI, the cabin doesn’t have a dishwasher. We would definitely rent this chalet again.
