About this house rental
Brand new home ten minutes from College of Idaho, I-84, and eight minutes to family YMCA / Brother's park. Thirteen minutes from Sunnyslope wine country or the City of Nampa. Twelve minutes from downtown Caldwell with coffee/ice cream/yogurt shops and skating rink, steak house, etc. Four minutes to Mallard Park and five minutes to Lake Lowell.

This was our second stay here - wonderful, comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed, great location, hosts are a pleasure to communicate with, everything was a delight. Two thumbs up!

Rooms were great. Neighborhood was quiet, host responded quickly and was very accommodating. Kitchen was supplied with basics which was a good surprise. Plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. Will be back for sure

We had a good stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and very convenient to our family, which made our trip easy. Check-in was seamless and straightforward, which we really appreciated after a travel day.There were quite a few additional fees or threat of fees, but aside from that, everything met our expectations. A solid option if you’re looking for something simple, clean and well-located.

The house is great, newer laid out well and the host was great. Easy to deal with. Could use a new house cleaner as the house was not very clean
