I really have to commend the Staff. They are both professional and courteous. I have stay at the Alps Condo twice now, once for a month and the second time foe a week. They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay here again in the future. A special thanks to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Peach, who made my stay unforgettable.

Only reason I put 4 is because the furnitures are old and some wall job to do. I also couldn’t figure out the tv and the internet. But, all in all in excellent condition for how old it is and for the price. It is also near the roundabout of Newport which is a little walk from if you wanna do the runway to Terminal 3. About 15 minute brisk walking. There are many restaurants to choose from and some 24/7 establishments like the Popeye’s and Lawson Convenience store. I love how functional and complete the unit is.

This hotel is a great deal for the price. Great location where it is very safe to walk anywhere along Newport boulevard and go to the Newport Mall and all the restaurants and casinos and everything else that you would need to do. The pool could be updated a little bit with new deck boards and the rooms could be updated a little bit, but overall it's a great deal for the price
