Location was great.
Considering the price paid, the customer service and the place were lacking.
1) The place can do with maintenance, and updates, i.e.: shower handheld device kept falling (holder needs fitting); shower head needs cleaning; door should have an eye hole to see who may be knocking for safety; listing as one bedroom is wrong because this is a studio even with the sliding glass doors closed since anyone in the living room needs to go through the "bedroom" for the bathroom; likewise anyone staying in the living room will be awaken when the other person needs coffee or tea; kitchenette is not equipped, only one disposable kitchen towel was not enough and no drying rack when they request we leave all washed that has to be by hand we had to use a bathroom towel. when we requested more toilet paper we had to wait 4 days and there was a Nespresso machine that uses only business to business capsules, and we were provided with only 5 for 2 people for 10 days!
2) customer service was dismissive; their responses were not appropriate nor accurate and unfortunately drives my overall rating: take this out from booking.com!

The perfect location. Air conditioning that functioned without problem. Lots of space. Clean. Good wifi. Quick responses when we had a couple of little issues. Two wash basins. Comfy sofa. Masses of storage. Toilet light switching on and off automatically. Plenty of electrical sockets, including USB ports. Despite some other reviews, it wasn't noisy - Aircon meant we could keep the double windows closed.
"El vato" the lift.
We have to get picky here. The shower hose was very leaky. Shower water didn't stay in the shower. The duvet was rather small.

The host sent the code to enter ahead of our arrival. Excellent location, in the heart of bustling London. Amazing selection of restaurants. It's also near shopping, theaters, and many interesting sites. The host is very responsive and answers concerns quickly.
The shower is located in the middle of the room with no enclosure or shower curtain. It's difficult to use the shower if you're sharing the room with others. The floor always gets wet because the shower doesnt even have a door. The shower/bathroom is the only thing that would make me think twice about booking a room in this property again.

Die Nachttischlampe defekt. Es fehlt ein weiterer Nachttisch für die zweite Person. Im Vorflur war die Glühbirne kaputt. Es gab einen alten Wasserschaden über den Küchenschränken- Schimmel in einem der Schränke.
