We loved the style and size of the Nook. It was spotlessly clean and the toiletries provided was a lovely touch as were the dog treats. There was a microwave and air fryer as well as a coffee machine kettle, fridge and toaster. The outside area was lovely and i was grateful for the parking spot. I loved the recycling boxes in the bathroom. The hosts were lovely and helpful but also gave you your privacy.
I found the mattress too soft but thats a personal preference. For me, the location isnt walkable to local amenities like shop, restaurant as the main road is busy and fast and there are no footpaths so we made sure to get food whilst out. Having an awning over the outside seating area would make it even more useable on rainy evenings/mornings.

Good location,
Noise from host family , microwave not clean on arrival so didn’t use it, coffee machine didn’t work poured water over the floor, parking space very tight don’t try and get an estate car or suv in there

Excellent location near the venue at Penrice castle and for getting around to local beaches. Good off road parking, comfortable private accommodation which was ok for a few days. Some nice touches with tea/ coffee, bottled water and some snacks which were very welcome.
We didn’t need it but it does lack space for any proper food preparation, it’s ok for breakfast! There is virtually no storage so we kept most of our stuff in our bags, Main room lighting is poor the filament style bulb gives a very low light output.

When I booked this property I said we were bringing a pet and was told there would be no extra charge, Which made the fact that it was quite expensive ok. When we arrived we had to pay an extra £25 for our dog
