A clean and quiet flat in downtown.

The location and space are great. It was clean and functional.

The details in the apartment are not finished. The he lamp is not connected properly to the ceiling. The details lack finishing. Nothing that prevents an enjoyable stay, just a shame. The cleaning fee seemed excessively high. Over 10% the cost of my stay.

Great location!

I love the location of this apartment! It was easy to visit every single place in Milan.metro was really close to the apartment and WiFi was very good!

I didn’t like the bed. There was two separate mattress that constantly fell apart. It was really uncomfortable.

Perfect little apartment for two people close to the citycenter.

Everything you need in a calm area near city center. Espresso capsule machine. Kitchen.

Strange link in a bookingmessage to some youhostysite were they requested pictures of my passport before arrival. The host tried to call me and send messages on whatsapp. I dont even use whatsapp anymore. So i missed the phonecalls and messages. When i found out by chance, sitting on the street, waiting for someone to let us in, they didnt introduce themself in the message so i thought it was a scam at first. They could work on their communication.

Disappointing in general, but location is 👍

Location was perfect. Nice Brera district with shops ans Restaurants. The owner is very Italian - friendly and easy going.

All the other things except location. The quality is not even close to the pay that is demanded. And I am often in Milan in May. Worst offer so far. Very poorly furnished and nothing has been done for years. If it's broken, it's stays broken. The cupboard in the corridor was not usable at all because there were no shelves. Just an empty frame. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were big and hard. There was no salt, pepper or oil in the kitchen. Just a few coffee capsules. No paper towels in the kitchen. No place to put soap in the shower. And at the sink, soap has to be put on a kitchen plate or just on a cupboard. It is clean just in the places where it is straight away visible. Windows dirty like crazy. Al the corners and where its more harder to clean there were dust. Very disappointing.

Enmanuela y su perro (la dueña de apartamento) son un encanto. Llegamos tarde por un retraso del vuelo y su actitud fue muy amable. Nos recomendó restaurantes cercanos al apartamento y planes interesantes. Es un apartamento completo con una pequeña cocina, plancha, lavadora, frigorífico y menaje. Tiene mucha luz y las camas (aunque se mueven) son cómodas. Zona tranquila silenciosa con opciones de restaurantes y supermercados cerca.

No estaba limpio. Se notaba que la limpieza había sido muy superficial. Las cortinas debían ser blancas pero estaban grises por la acumulación de polvo. La ducha se salía mucho y dejaba el baño lleno de agua. El apartamento está en un bloque muuuuuuuy antiguo y muyuuuuuy descuidado; muchísimo polvo, ascensores antiguos y olor a cerrado. No está demasiado cerca del centro (23-25 min caminando al Duomo).
