Had the upstairs of the house. Lovely location and very roomy. Main bedroom is well appointed, second bedroom has two single beds and great for our grandchildren.
Stairs to the second bedroom with singles is down a tight flight of stairs. These could do with a better hand rail and I wouldn't recommend for very young children. Main bedroom has a part sloped ceiling, wouldn't recommend if you have a bad back but was fine for us.

Great location - lovely village, church and vineyards to explore. We had great walks with the dog.m and it’s well worth a trip up the road to the viewing spot - stunning.
Comfortable and well equipped - everything provided for a super stay.
Safe parking in courtyard and fenced in so dog can be let out under supervision.
Supermarket less than 10 minutes drive away.

The property is within a quiet village, motorbikes were locked behind a gate so felt it was secure.
One of the bedrooms had a roof velux window that could not be opened and had a shutter closing off the daylight so it was a bit gloomy in the room. Should be repaired, it was mentioned by the host on the communication whiteboard, though.

This place is in a great location. Lots of wineries nearby, close to Reims. Plenty of dining options.
It was clean. The appliances worked.
It is on the 2nd floor with the 2nd bedroom down a half flight of stairs, with no railing. This could be areal problem for mobility issues. We were there during a heatwave. There is no air conditioning. It took days to get an answer about whether or not we'd have a fan available. (We bought & left a 2nd one, you're welcome) We were able to figure out how to open the windows but the skylight windows had spider egg sacks. I could not sleep under them. The courtyard looks nothing like their photo.
