Everything was fantastic and lived up to what was advertised on the website. The breakfast was varied and served on time as requested, and when I needed accommodation for my friend on two occasions, a room was arranged promptly. The staff were friendly, helpful and available whenever needed, which made my 16-day stay very comfortable.
The hot water was intermittent during my stay, which was sometimes inconvenient. It would also have been much better if the rooms and beddings had been changed or refreshed at least every three days, particularly for guests staying for longer periods.

Affordable price and good location. Good and reasonable laundry services provided.
I had booked this accommodation for its location, price and air-conditioning. Location and price fine, AC not available. This is misleading of customers. I was eaten by mosquitoes as the mosquito nets provided may be considered as fancy decoration, but they do not close by far on either of the four sides. The first morning my hands were full of my blood from killing mosquitoes and the bed full of stains. Even after thorough spraying, there were still mosquitoes bothering me at night.
Breakfast could be easily improved.
All in all, I did not feel welcome after asking for an AC.
