The room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, and the view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely beautiful. The scenery was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
The sound insulation need to improve. Noise from outside could be heard clearly, which was a little disturbing, especially at night.

Verzorgde en sfeervolle accommodatie. Ruime, moderne kamers met goede bedden. Vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel. Lekker eten (diner en ontbijt).
Perfect gelegen voor wandeling naar de top van Maragang Hill (2.232 m) of Swine Hill. Let op: gids en vergunning verplicht. Vooraf aanvragen bij META (niet op dag zelf); hotel kan hierbij helpen.
De kamers zijn een beetje gehorig.
Het hotel ligt op ≈1700 m hoogte en het koelt 's nachts af. Dekens op de bedden (naast de lakens) was aangenaam geweest.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal war trotz kleiner Verständigungsprobleme auf Englisch ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern ist das Hotel empfehlenswert, da es eine große Spielecke mit vielen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten wie Pfeil und Bogen bietet. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.
Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, was für uns jedoch neutral zu bewerten ist. Die Speisekarte war durch die angegebenen Portionsgrößen etwas verwirrend. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer hätte besser sein können und die Räume sind leider sehr hellhörig.
