The bunk beds are comfortable and the food was good.
There is a metal shelf that could be a in a better position. It is right next to your head in bed so very easy to bump into. Our toilet was not ensuit but we had a key to it, you could not lock it from the inside so anyone else in the room could just walk in. Drinks are quite expensive.

We did enjoy the New Year’s Eve party, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
Our experience with this property was disappointing, mainly due to how things were handled before check-in and the overall lack of transparency and customer service.
Before arrival, the property charged the full amount of the reservation using a credit card that was provided only as a guarantee, even though the Booking conditions clearly stated no prepayment required without our authorization. This was justified as “high season,” which is not something that was disclosed or agreed to at the time of booking. Communication was defensive rather than helpful. This left a very poor first impression.
Regarding the stay itself:
This is not really a hostel, but rather a bar/party venue with rooms. There is no kitchen, no kitchenette, not even an electric kettle, so you cannot prepare something as basic as tea. It functions much more like a hotel than a hostel.
At check-in, we were initially given a room that was already occupied by another guest. It took some time for staff to realize what had happened. This was uncomfortable and did not feel safe at all.
Music plays constantly at extremely high volume, especially at night. Even with earplugs, it was very difficult to sleep.
The shower had very low water pressure.
As guests staying at the property, there are no benefits compared to day visitors: same prices at the bar and food areas, and sometimes no available seating near the pool because it is taken by non-guests.
Overall, if you are looking for a true hostel experience, this is not it. Transparency, guest priority, and customer service need significant improvement.
