Ubicación excelente, fácil acceso y servicio y atención de 10.
No hubo café, sé que no es obligatorio pero hubiera sido cómodo para los que madrugamos.

El apartamento está al lado de la estación de Chamartín, es realmente cómodo si vienes o si vas a tener que usar el tren. La zona está bien comunicada, gran afluencia de taxis, metro, autobuses, etc. Hay restaurantes y cafeterías por la zona y ofrece de todo. Las camas son cómodas y la ambientación del apartamento es moderna, sencilla y cuidada.
Es una cueva, escasísima luz natural, pues está por debajo del nivel de calle. Una escalera hacia abajo te lleva a un lobby que da acceso a 4 pequeños apartamentos. La ya clásica explotación de espacios que antes serían un almacén o un trastero, que ahora se convierte en piso turístico, donde la humedad es cuestión de tiempo que vaya haciendo mella. Todo estaba bien, pero se ve que no durará mucho. NO SON 2 HABITACIONES. En las fotos parece que sí, pero realmente es una habitación grande, donde está la cama doble y 1 cama sencilla, por lo que todos duermen juntos. Los sofas no son cómodos. Bonitos, pero incómodos.

Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist perfekt, nur wenige Meter entfernt.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr gut, freundlich und sehr bemüht.
Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeekapseln und Kühlschrank vorhanden.
Das Apartment ist nicht wirklich für 4 Personen ausgerichtet. Das 4. Bett war die Couch im Wohnzimmer, die wir bezogen haben und die jedoch leicht kippt, wenn man sich darauf legt.
Und, sorry to say, alle Bettüberzüge rochen einfach nicht gut.
