Annie the annexe was lovely. Modern and spacious. The owner is well organised and provided all the required information in a timely fashion. Would definitely stay again.

The only negative was it was roadside parking. In saying that, it didn't present a problem on the day.

Location was fine. Bed and settees were comfy it was a lovely modern space clean and tidy

It was cold! Accomodation wasn't pre heated before arrival and took a while to get warm.it was an outdoor garden room so I guess it wasn't well insulated. The bed felt a bit cold and damp because the room wasn't warm enough, we did turn the thermostat up but took time to get warm. Would have been nice to have a bit of milk on arrival we were only there for one night and travel sized toiletries would have been a bonus . Also the floor to ceiling blind in the lounge didn't close the whole length of the window so it didn't cover the door which was a glass door so it didn't feel private
