Lovely flat, very well appointed and great attention to details. The flat was lovely and clean and in a great position regarding getting into Lyme Regis.

Very smart flat with a high quality finish and everything you could want. Kitchen was well equipped. Tea, coffee and some other bits and bobs supplied. Plenty of cleaning materials too, which made life easier. Living area comfortable and plenty of choice on the TV. Bedrooms nice with comfortable beds. Roberts DAB radio a nice touch. Bathrooms clean and there was plenty of hot water almost instantly.
It was a shame that the 'garden' was just a small shady yard, not directly accessible from the flat and quite overlooked. A bit impractical for our dog. All the windows looked onto roads so no views and the entrance was directly onto a fairly busy road so might not suit those with small children. The kitchen was quite gloomy and needed the light on all the time.

The decor was fresh and beautifully styled, feeling like a home. Plenty of useful information about the area. Nice personal touches with welcome cookies and milk, plus coffee capsules.
We weren’t sure what to do with the bedding after our stay as there were no instructions in the property but the management company sent emails saying do what the property asks you.
Also, no compost bin but the rubbish bins outside were labelled ‘no food waste’ so we ended up bringing our rubbish home.

Property was clean and comfy beds
The description of the property did
not say that the garden was NOT attached to the property. It was not usable as an outside area as so far from the property. Also, the apartment was very stuffy as the only windows opened onto a road so too noisy to keep open at night. It was a 30 minute hilly walk into town each way. Not an issue for us but would be for some
