Enganação e Decepção

Praticamente nada

Foram umas férias decepcionantes e desconfortáveis.🥲 A casa é pequena e velha, fica em uma área mais isolada de terra (mas a praia rasa fica perto) e tem uma mata na frente, que enche a casa de bichos. Não parece ser em condomínio, pois a entrada é separada e tem garagem para apenas 1 carro. A piscina é do condomínio. O anúncio não condiz com a realidade. Condominio significa ter uma guarita fechada e com segurança, não casa voltada pra rua, com carros precisando ficar na rua deserta r perigosa, sem local para estacionar mais de 1 veículo. Local ermo e casa sem dedetização. Encontrados ninhos de baratas na sala e quarto inferior, o que afugentou alguns hóspedes que tiveram que procurar outra hospedagem. Os colchões e travesseiros são ruins, o banho sai pouca água. O fogão quase não funciona, tem que ligar com isqueiro e os utensílios são bem velhos. Encontramos inúmeras baratas voadoras, perereca e aranhas . Na própria casa, tinha um monte de baratas mortas abaixo da escada. Deu nojo! É bem distante do centrinho de Búzios!(40 m) com trânsito. O ponto alto foi a ajudante que a anfitriã indicou, que fazia a limpeza todos os dias. Os móveis são de má qualidade e a casa precisa urgente de manutenção. A tampa da privada é solta, o lustre está quase caindo, paredes descascadas etc.. Já no 1ro dia alguns hóspedes foram para uma pousada, e quando encontrado ninho de barata no quarto, outro casal foi pra hotel. Iremos reclamar no booking para ressarcimento, jâ que foi reclamado com proprietária que não aceitou a rescisão da hospedagem solicitada nos dias iniciais. JAMAIS voltaria.
