Cosy room in Quiberon

The whole room was incredibly clean.

The entrance of the building is a bit rundown and smelly, but the room is very clean and cosy.

Pas grand chose, si ce n'est la tranquillité

La présentation ne correspond pas vraiment à la réalité. Très vetuste. Parking payant ou avec disque bleu. Manque de précision dans l'annonce. Prix à baisser.

Quiberon très beau, logement très médiocre.

La proximité du centre ville et de la plage

Logement beaucoup trop cher pour la réalité : logement sale, tous les branchements électriques sont hors normes et dangereux, une seule fenêtre dont on ne peut pas ouvrir car juste à un mètre d’une hotte de restaurant avec odeur de friture en continu et avec bruit. Plaque de plafond manquante, nous sommes donc sous de la laine de verre…logement très limite pour être en location. A éviter…

Déception

Seulement la situation proche du centre ville.

La saleté dès le bas du bâtiment attenant à une sortie de cuisine de restaurant, crasse au sol sur plusieurs mètres, montée escalier non éclairée, propreté du logement très moyenne dans sa généralité (salle de bain, parquet, carpettes, poussières etc). Et fenêtre donnant sur cheminée de ventilation de la cuisine du restaurant avec odeurs de friture jusqu'à tard dans la nuit empêchant d'aérer et le matin réveillée par livreurs du restaurant...

La chambre en elle même rien à dire propre jolie décoration située en plein centre proche de la mer

Très exiguë Elle se trouve à proximité du restaurant, il faisait très chaud et les fenêtres ouvertes on entendait les machines du restaurant jusqu’à fermeture 1h30 du matin
