Ease of the coded front door, the beds were so comfortable, own TV in every room, the lamps made it so cosy, the property smelt lovely and clean. The shower had great water pressure and there were 2 toilets on the ground floor. The location is 8 minutes walk from a big Sainsbury's and Aldi and a nice park for the kids. Neighbours and everyone walking past were so friendly and said hello. Nice decoration throughout the bedrooms, hallway and dining room.
The tap in the kitchen sprays everywhere and needs changing, soaked us when washing up, a tad tired looking bath and tiles, black mould round the taps on the bath, toilet seat lid kept falling off and the seat needs tightening or replacing. Blinds were broken in almost every room.

The staff and the owner were very helpful and diligent.
The staircase forced us to stay downstairs often - too steep. There was no bathroom on the upper floor, therefore, it was too risky to walk down the steep stairs half awake at night to use the bathroom!

I had a very comfortable stay, very exceptional and overall great house would have loved to stay there longer. Breakfast included with tea and coffee keeping me relaxed all throughout the day. There was also free entertainment with netflix so lounged around with my crew and a lovely tv. And it was all for a great price allowing my bank account to rest in peace.
There wasn't anything I didn't like everything was in order a clean house what's not to love an amazing 5 stars. Would recommend to all.

It was big, well located and instructions were great.
Stairs are steep.
Cleanliness was an issue but host offered to come reclean if needed. Good communication.
