this is a nice clean house clean bedding
no info sent regarding self check in even thou i left message on booking .com to contact me rang the number 3 times then rang on whats app finally got a reply it took just over a hour to actually get in the room .

Cleanliness of the bedroom and facilities. Bree also explained the opening and closing procedures very well. I also liked the steps undertaken to conserve energy within the facilities.
73 Dale Walk is a short walk away from the main road, Berkeley Road. On two occasions my taxi dropped me off on Berkeley Road. On the first occasion, if it was not for a conversation with Geesi, I would have not been able to locate the residence. In addition to the actual address, the approach from Berkeley Road to the residence ought to be explained to prospective guests on Booking.com because I experienced anxiety and mild panic when I arrived there for the first time. This is because I thought I was lost. Geesi mentioned it was the taxi driver's fault, but it is not. Simply put, Dale Walk and the approach to the residence is not obviously visible from Berkeley Road, and most taxis would drop guests off on Berkeley Road. Being transparent about this on Booking.com would definitely improve the guest's experience. Finally, it would be very helpful if the phone number for either Bree or Geesi is shared with the guest/s once the booking has gone through. The email based correspondence system via Booking.com is not very approachable.
