A pleasant first stay anywhere in Isle of Wight. Very comfortable double bed to sleep in, though you have to bend to be able to get in it with the roof line of the house. The house is close enough to be able to walk down to pier and there are places close by to eat, drink or buy provisions
Bathroom was a little on the small side, but understandable given the way the house has been split into apartments. The smart TV constantly advised updates were needed which was a little frustrating. Parking was good for us as no other cars used the driveway over the time we were there. Could be tricky if drive was in full use. The slope down towards the house for the drive takes a bit of getting used to.

The cleanest apartment I've stayed in. Super clean inside. Looked very fresh and new. Everything was so near and tidy. Lovely kitchen with the dishwasher and washing machine really making it 5*. 2 great bedrooms which someone very tall might have a problem with as they are in the eaves. Bathroom was OK with good shower. Location was great for the train station. Lovely private entrance.
I'm being picky here only to show just how nice it was here. Bathroom needed a bit of a spray with the supplied spray and some air as was a little musty. Maybe could have done with another couple of dishwasher tablets and even a laundry tablet or two. Probably best suited for a car driver as the beach is a 20 minute walk and there are not really any very local shops. In no way affected the sheer quality of this place. Well done to the owners for producing such an elegant, charming clean and spacious palace!

It was clean and tidy. Well maintained and quiet location. Everything you need for a lovely stay. Our hosts communication was excellent and efficient.
We have no negatives, it was presented as advertised.

The property was in a quiet residential area near to all amenities and the beach.
We had everything we needed, it was very clean and everything was new.
