Beautiful setting and cottage has everything you could wish to use supplied which was fabulous. Lovely touch was the bottle of wine left for us. Beds comfortable, warm and cosy. Great places to.visit locally and plenty of information supplied. Garden furniture was comfortable and all cushions supplied. Fabulous!
The only downside and it isn't really an issue, it is just for information, the stairs creak a lot but I wouldn't expect anything less from a cottage of this age.

Character cottage in wonderful village and riverside setting. Everything provided for a relaxing stay.
Unfortunately problems with bathroom lighting but hosts responded well to fix the issues.

Location of cottage is in a beautiful small village. Traditional English countryside. The only sounds we heard were birdsong and a horse rider going past as we sat outside each evening enjoying the peace and tranquility. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate. You can’t fail to relax and unwind in the this cottage.
Unfortunately there is some mould in the bathroom, probably because there isn’t an extractor fan . Also some mould in the twin bedroom . There was some dust and cobwebs in the cottage and the scatter cushions on the two beautiful sofas could do with a wash. I personally found the pillows were too hard for my comfort , if you don’t like very firm pillows I suggest taking your own .

The location overlooking the beck and the views.
The property was very dated and basic. The kitchen and bathrooms had no ventilation which was causing mold.
