Good stay in a decent location in Amed though need a bike really to visit the other beaches. But walkable to some nice restaurants and breakfast spots.
Comfortable bed and nice big room with a great view over rice terraces and can see the sea. Greeted with a welcome drink which was a nice surprise. No daily cleaning but provided with anything if we asked.
Great price too very affordable.
Needs a very deep clean and to hire a proper cleaner. On our first night we had a huge ant infestation, hundreds of ants in the room and bathroom. I think more frequent cleaning would prevent this. We also had lots of spiders and cobwebs in the room proving that cleaning is not that great, especially in the corners of the room. Lots of stains on towels and sheets too. Fridge was filthy.
No shampoo or soap when we checked in.
Yes there is construction next door which blocks the volcano view. It was not disruptive during our stay however it brought lots of dust onto the property, on the balcony and on the sitting area overlooking the rice fields. There was also lots of dust in the room when we checked in.
AC also not that strong the room never felt cold.

Stayed at D’A House in Amed and honestly, the warmth and hospitality made it feel like home away from home. Surrounded by peaceful rice paddy views, every little detail in the room was thoughtfully prepared — clean, cozy, comfortable and clearly cared for with love.
The service was exceptional from start to end. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel the genuine kindness and heart behind this place.
Just note there’s ongoing construction nearby at the moment, so there can be some noise and dust during the day (9am–6pm), and the current view of Mount Agung is partially blocked.
If you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Amed with amazing people, I highly recommend D'A House. Thank you for making my stay so memorable ❤️

Vistas increíbles al volcán, personal amable, muy limpio y cómodo.
La única pega es que están construyendo una villa justo en frente y quizás el ruido pueda ser algo molesto. Le faltaría que tuviera una pequeña cocina y sería ideal.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre.
Très mal situé : trop loin du centre ville, difficile à pieds sans trottoirs surtout la nuit tombée (dès 18h). Bruyant, près de la route et immeuble en construction le long du balcon...
