Lovely apartment with stunning views of Spoleto and the surrounding hills. It includes a small kitchen, bathroom, two dining areas, a living room with sofas and a TV, and a cozy mezzanine with two beds (open to the living room). You do have to climb over the beds to reach the plugs, but it was comfortable and I slept well. There’s also an additional bedroom, so plenty of space overall.
Tip 1: You don’t need to take the escalators from P2 (Parcheggio della Ponzianina, 5€/24h, coins only!) to the first level (there are 4 or 5); you can walk directly from the car park via steep slopes and stairs (it's about the same distance down from the first level of the escalators). You can also bring the car to Via Ponzianina without a special permit, which is a great help for (un)loading luggage.
Tip 2: make sure you have the exact cash for the tourist tax before checkout
This is more about Spoleto itself than the apartment: access can be tricky if you have mobility issues. While there are escalators from P2 to the upper levels, the lift only covers the final stretch, so some walking (and stairs) are still required. Not a problem for most guests, but worth noting for those with mobility concerns.

Appartamento bello, curato nei minimi dettagli e pulitissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato con una coppia di amici. Presente una camera matrimoniale e una seconda camera matrimoniale sul soppalco (da me utilizzato e direi molto comodo).
La struttura si trova a 200 metri sotto il Duomo, per cui comodissima per visitare il centro storico. Dato che il paese e' tutto in salita, vi si arriva tramite un percorso di scale mobili, molto utile. (verificare gli orari perche' solitamente alle 20:30 il servizio chiude se non si e' in alta stagione).
Quindi direi tutto ottimo.

Appartamento molto bello, posizione centrale e comoda. La casa è molto pulita, ben accessoriata e noi l'abbiamo trovata anche addobbata con gusto per le feste natalizie.
