The national Omani staff very friendly and welcoming. The lobby and tea room is great with nice view and delicious selection.

Spa runs by one lady, not professional at all. No Sauna or indoor pool for ladies, only steam room available and no stuff to support inside ladies section. Very late turnoff curtains in rooms every day they come after 8:00PM.

The room and services

The business lounge can have some better offerings of food. I love gluten free foods. And besides , some salads and mezzes can be a good start. In all the lounge feels totally unused and I also did not visit as frequently because of its laid-outs

Rooms, staff and facilities all first class

nice and clean location though a little detached from everything pleasant design overall if not too practical

rooms spacious but quite uncomfortable: no desks or tables (let alone checking your mail, inroom dining supposedly done in bed), inefficient lighting schemes, couches crouches inspiring back pains sea view rooms all face the pool and restaurant area, which means that kids laugh, cleaning personnel chats loudly from sunrise, and the bar stand spews aggregate western hip hop throughout the day. huge but unusable balconies with rather decorative sitting fittings the staff uncaring and untruthful: we were offered contradictory narratives concerning our deposit, given a room with a (light) defect on floor even though one right above in 5 stood empty, fed contradictory tales on source of persistent music outside. they aren’t exactly cheating, no, they just don’t care for what you think
