The accommodation is at the perfect location, next to the main train station in the vicinity of the city centre and within walking distance to the congress hall where I participated in the conference.
What I didn't like was the lack of a self check-in. Because of that, we had to pay an additional fee for the host to meet us when we arrived. We had a late flight from Alghero to Bologna, so we landed in Bologna at 1 am. It would be beneficial if the self check-in service were provided for this kind of situation. This is not something unheard of; this is the regular service in the majority of the accommodations that I have had. Another thing is the lack of AC, the apartment is on the last floor, so the temperature gets really high. We had fans in the rooms, but the fan just moves the air; it doesn't cool down the temperature. The host knew that we were arriving late and that during the day the temperature was high; he could have opened the windows of the accommodation before our arrival so that the temperature would cool down a bit once the sun sets. When we entered the apartment, it felt as if we had entered a sauna; it wasn't the most pleasant night. The furniture in the living room could benefit from some thorough cleaning. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

the place was really cozy and bigger than it looks in the pictures. pretty close to the old town of the city and very accesible from the airport through the Central train station. a lot of places around to eat and stores for tourists. the host that took care of us was really nice and offered to help if we need anything. the place was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Location is close to train station and car rentals which is out off Ztl zone. There are shops and food down in the same building.
The fridge is kind of noisy. There is only a washing machine. It wouldbe better to have a dryer. Amenity is very limited.
