駅近、駐車場近、飲食店近で3つ揃っているところは稀です。
強いて言うならウォシュレットでしょうか

地下鉄駅に近くて飲食店やコンビニも近いので、ありがたいです。
また、時間貸し地下駐車場もあるので雨天など助かります。
できればウォシュレット便座だと嬉しいですが、ぜいたくはいいません。

安いのにベッドの他に布団が2セットあり、子供連れでもゆったりできたこと。
洗濯物を干すハンガーがたくさんあったこと。
お皿など必要最低限のものがそろっていたこと。
古い施設のようでしたがシャワーやトイレは問題なく使えたこと。
エアコンも臭くない。電子レンジも綺麗！
駐車場を隣のディノス屋上に停めましたが、一晩400円で安かった！
清潔感は安いなりに気になるところはありました。（ケトルの中と、布団のマットレス）
入ってすぐは部屋の匂いが気になりましたが、寝るころには慣れた。

清潔感よくないです。その泊まった2-3日間、寝る時皮ふがずっと痒かったし、少し臭い匂いがしました。
