la posizione, l'arredamento e gli accessori della cucina completa di tutto ciò che serve, la tranquillità nonostante la posizione centrale, la disponibilità dei gestori sia per averci accompagnati all'appartamento, sia per la possibilità di entrare nell' appartamento prima dell'orario, (quando è già libero).
Forse sarebbe più sicuro cambiare la password per accedere all'appartamento ad ogni cambio ospite. (è un consiglio, non si sa mai). Nei periodi più affollati, c'è il rischio che, per avere un pò di privacy, si sia costretti a tenere le finestre chiuse (ma tanto non fa caldo), e anche le tende (peccato per la vista panoramica)
