I liked that all one really needed could be found within one fairly small room and an even smaller water closet. I liked that there are several surrounding good eateries and was able to easily find the nutrition to keep myself going.
Being that I use a stick/cane, I misunderstood my research and thought I would have a lift available snd not be so reliant upon my mobility devices. I was incredibly shocked to learn that there was a working lift, just NOT from the ground floor! Instead, there was a rather long Brooklyn-like staircase, which sure did cause my heart rate to go up regardless which direction I took on them!

Friendly front desk reception staff, available 24 hours to assist patrons. Location smack centre of KL city, easy walking access to malls, eateries, convenience stores, banks, money exchangers. Free coffee, hot & cold water access at the lobby. Housekeeping available, clean rooms with bathroom. Convenient GRAB pickup and drop off right at the hotel entrance.
There is busking music in the Bukit Bintang area till about midnight. Occasional car or motorcycle revving on the main road. Both might disturb the patron's peace between evening, late night or early morning. Wish the hotel had a designated smoking area with bins or vape zone, otherwise patrons have to descend from their room floors and exit the entrance to smoke by the street - Be aware not to litter, as there is a new anti littering rule for cigarette butts, with penalty fines & community service hours !

The staff polite and helpful
No elevator from floor level, inadequate maintenance at night we can’t sleep because our room lights not able to turn off.
Basin got leak. Shower tube bend while shower so we faced some difficulty.
It was our fault that we didn’t check the room size prior to book hotel. Breakfast is provided tea$ bread.
