Lo staff è stato molto disponibile alla nostra richiesta di cambio camera e la posizione è ottima, sopra il centro di Ella.
La prima camera era complessivamente pulita ma le lenzuola no, abbiamo chiesto gentilmente allo staff di cambiarle e ce ne hanno portate altre

-sehr nettes und herzliches Personal
-Abendessen kann grundsätzlich dazugebucht werden (sehr lecker)
-langes, komfortables Bett
-größtenteils sauber
-Frühstück eher wenig (aber nicht eintönig)
-Lage (10min zum Zentrum); steiler Berg
-online Tuk Tuk Dienste wie “Pick Me” funktionieren dort nicht
-W-LAN funktioniert nicht verlässlich
-Budgetzimmer sowie auch andere Zimmer haben keine Panorama Aussicht. Hotel ist treppenähnlich aufgebaut -> nur die oberste Etage hat den Ausblick, den man sich durch die Bilder erhofft
-Sprachbarriere bei älterem Personal

de douchestraal mag wel wat harder. Wel lekker warm water.

It was very quiet.
Less comfortable. it was just a room. no any view or even a small garden. Even had to park the vehicle in the outside road.
