Lage hervorragend, Sauberkeit und Ordnung lassen zu wünschen

Außergewöhnliche Lage direkt am Wasser. Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Ruhige Lage in Lubmin (Gaststätte im Erdgeschoss war geschlossen). Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Innere Wohnungstreppe zum Schlafzimmer sehr steil, für Ältere und Kinder schlecht geeignet. Sammlung an verschiedenem Geschirr, Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Besteck offen liegend. Lebensmittel von Vorgängern nicht entsorgt. Sammelsurium an Kerzenresten. Es sollte eine mal eine generelle Säuberung der Wohnung erfolgen (Teppiche, Decken). Bei dem Preis für die Ferienwohnung erscheint der zusätzliche Preis für Bettwäsche fragwürdig.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Strandlage. Schöne Möbel von Ikea, hübsche Textilien und Deko. 2 große Doppelbetten mit durchgehenden Matratzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter, unkomplizierter Objektbetreuer.

Den Balkon habe ich selbst gereinigt, da war mehr als Blütenstaub und Samen von ein paar Tagen zu finden. Eine Halterung für die Duschbrause zum richtigen Duschen wäre super.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Strandlage. Schöne Möbel von Ikea, hübsche Textilien und Deko. 2 große Doppelbetten mit durchgehenden Matratzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter, unkomplizierter Objektbetreuer.
