The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. When we had an internet problem, they even installed an additional modem and cable to help us. The breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable, and the overall hotel concept is very nice. The decoration and atmosphere are also pleasant. The team is definitely one of the strongest points of the hotel.

The hotel is located a bit uphill, so you need to climb a steep road to reach it. Since it is surrounded by forest, there are mosquitoes, which makes it difficult to keep the windows open. There is also a ventilation problem in the rooms and bathrooms. We had a drain smell in the bathroom, but thankfully the staff changed our room. In general, the rooms look clean, but detailed cleaning needs improvement. There were spider webs in some areas, and sometimes spiders could be seen in the bathroom. The shelves, decorative items, and corners of the room were quite dusty, so deep cleaning should definitely be improved. The room was tidied up every day, but the bed sheets did not seem to be changed. Also, the wooden parts in the bathroom do not look very hygienic. Overall, we were happy with the staff and the hotel concept, but the cleaning, ventilation, and maintenance should be improved to provide a much better guest experience.
