Saksila is a little gem just ourside Pua and is located in the rice fields, about 150 meters away from the road. It is a stunning looking resort. The villa's, furniture are all made of teakwood. The staff is very friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The food is amazing and we met the proprietor, Khun Wi who is a very charming lady. We loved our stay there (it was my second time to stay here, but surely not the last0.

The individual buildings are made mostly of wood and are in excellent condition. The attached balconies allow a wonderful view over the farmfields and the mountains. The food served in the restaurant was super delicious.
The wine selection was a little limited but we drunk them anyway :-)
