I liked that we had enough space, it was fairly clean and great location. The pool was accessible without complications, which was a plus. The cleaners also came by to keep the flat cleaned.
The fridge was not working. It took several messages and 1.5 days to get a response. Furthermore, warm water was at some point not available anymore in one of the bathrooms. These weren’t critical, but would’ve made our stay perfect.

Close to the Strand and had a lift. It was also quite spacious.
Nothing in particular, but I only stayed one night.

The room was as described in listing. The staff were very nice but clearly busy.
Room wasn’t available for full stay despite no warning, had one night in very small hotel room before apartment was available. Offered limited compensation, given “60 euro” voucher to Novotel for buffet dinner which was very limited and poor quality.
Pool was very busy, had to go to main hotel each day to get new tickets.
The ST hotels all seemed to be based out of one hotel which seemed to cause problems.
