Great stay!

Space, comfort, quietness, central location, washing machine area, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, all appliances

Nothing other than the steep hill at the end of the night but we used taxis £7-10 each evening which was worth it for the place and the space. Missing a large strainer for the kitchen and maybe some coffee pods for the machine

7 / 10

Convenient and comfortable stay with basic amenities.

Tidy and cosy apartment

Very basic on amenities and supplies. No dish washing sponge to clean dishes (had to use a towel), no body soap for shower. Washing machine didn’t wash clothes even when half a load was put through (we tried both full and half load). Hot water didn’t cater for 3 showers at similar times would usually cut out after 1 person had a 5-10 minute shower.

Wonderful apartment, quiet area

Very nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It also had a living room with a couch and a well equiped kitchen. It was very clean, there was a washing machine and a dryer. The area was quiet. The communication with our host was very good, all our requests got answers.

The property, although close to all ammenities, is on a pretty steep hill, so keep that in mind if you have reduced mobility. Or take a taxi, like we did. We were 4 persons in the apartment, we had to wait for hot water because the water heating device was not too big.

9 / 10

Idyllic Island with 4 seasons in one day.

Location. 5 minutes walk to Funchal centre. Very quiet and modern apartment with an iron and hairdryer. Access to laundry also. Is on local bus route 25. Great base for exploring the paradise that is Madeira.

No shop nearby but central Funchal very close. Only a minor criticism!

A localização e decoração
