Property is in a great location. Close go the beach, cafes and public transport.
Car parking included was a bonus. If using the car park things to note - the parking spot is on the bottom level (we drove around all the levels for a while looking for the spot). The lifts on that level don’t go to the building that the apartment is in. You need to walk up a level and find the lifts for building D.
There is very little sound proofing in the apartment and building and because the apartment is on ground level it can get noisy in the evenings. The second bedroom is also right next to the only bathroom so you can hear everything.

We liked the location
The apartment was not very clean with old foodstuffs in the cupboard in the kitchen. The cutlery was grubby and had been stored with some items unwashed. We had to contact the host to clean the balcony. Which to be fair then got done. No instructions were provided for the washing machine and the WiFi dropped out frequently..
