Excelente local para descansar

A localização é ótima para quem busca tranquilidade e contato com a natureza.

Um ponto negativo é a escada para o quarto superior, é muito inclinada e sem proteção lateral, para crianças é perigoso. Poderia ter TV nos outros 2 quartos também. O que sentimos muita falta também foi de uma Airfryer e microondas.

Não recomendo

A convivência com os animais! Há uma gata que mora na casa. Além dela, a presença de outros animais que apareciam ocasionalmente, como micos e cachorros, encantou meus filhos.

Infelizmente, minha hospedagem foi péssima ,devido à postura da proprietária. Ela mostrou que não faz questão nenhuma de ter novos clientes . Falta cordialidade e acolhimento, o que considero essenciais para quem trabalha com hóspedes. A cidade, além disso, cobra uma taxa de manutenção elevada para acesso às praias, mas não oferece infraestrutura adequada: as estradas são ruins e ainda há cobrança adicional para o veículo, o que me fez sentir desrespeitada e explorada como visitante. Durante o pré check-in, houve um problema de comunicação possivelmente relacionado ao aplicativo ou à reserva que poderia ter sido facilmente resolvido com um pouco mais de atenção por parte da anfitriã antes da nossa chegada. No entanto, a situação foi conduzida de forma inconveniente, gerando estresse desnecessário e comprometendo meu bem-estar e descanso. Em mais de 12 anos utilizando a Booking, foi a primeira vez que precisei solicitar mediação da empresa para resolver um impasse com um anfitrião. Sobre a casa: o espaço é todo dividido por cômodos fechados, sem acessibilidade e com limitações quanto ao uso. Um dos quartos estava trancado, mesmo com a reserva feita para a casa inteira, e outro apresentava um colchão com cheiro desagradável. A proprietária impõe diversas restrições que comprometem a sensação de conforto e liberdade que se espera ao alugar um imóvel por temporada. Além disso, a desconfiança com que fomos tratados foi constrangedora. Viajamos em família, com duas crianças pequenas, e nunca havíamos passado por uma situação tão desconfortável. Infelizmente, apesar de o espaço ser razoável, o atendimento e a forma como os hóspedes são tratados tornam a estadia decepcionante. Não recomendaria essa hospedagem, especialmente para quem valoriza hospitalidade e tranquilidade durante a viagem.
