Wonderful apartment in a perfect location!
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, new and very well-equipped apartment in Sévrier, just a 5-minute drive from Annecy. It was spacious and comfortable, with three floors, two bedrooms, two showers and everything we needed in the kitchen and living room, including TV, Netflix and great Wi-Fi. Free parking right next to the apartment was also a big plus.
Laura and Cédric were lovely hosts – very welcoming, helpful and happy to give us great recommendations for activities and getting around. The location is excellent, with the lake and a beach right across the street, SUP rentals, a bike path and a bus stop just nearby. They even offered us their pedal boat to enjoy on the lake, which was a lovely touch.
The only downsides were having just one toilet, which required going down two flights of stairs, and some traffic noise at night in the lower bedroom. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Sehr schön, hochwertig und kreativ eingerichtet.Nette Besitzer, die auch gerne, zeitnah und ausführlich Tipps gegeben haben. Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber. Viele Einrichtungen fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir waren während hoher Temperaturen dort und die Wohnung wurde trotz nächtlichen Lüftens sehr heiß. Die Hauptstraße vor dem Haus kann in der Hauptsaison schon laut werden, gerade wenn man die Fenster offen hat.
