Location was excellent because we like to visit Weston, Brean and Burnham although Brean was disappointing. The caravan was clean and comfortable. The staff are great and Steve the evening host in the club was excellent.
We didn't eat in the restaurant this year, just didn't fancy it. Maybe it was too open or we preferred a greater choice of meals in a comfortable pub, so we visited Catherines a few times.
We thought the bar/club closed early on a couple of nights although we understand that very few people stayed on those quiet nights.

It was lovely and quiet when you shut the door for the night.
The location was central to both Weston and Brean and as long time visitors of Unity Farm the site was a pleasant surprise.
The caravan was clean and comfortable.
The welcome pack was lovely. Thank you.
The staff were all lovely.
The facilities were great.
The bedroom for the single beds was a bit cramped for two adults.
Although we had 5 people in the caravan there were only 2 chairs outside, 1 which had a hole in the seat.
The kids on site were a little out of control. Apparently there was a rugby club there camping.
When we went for something to eat the tables were taken up by people there for the pub.
The mattresses on both the single beds and the camp bed were a little lumpy.
Although the above seems a lot, for the money we paid it was excellent value.

Booked 5 holiday homes .but the home Location was in different place .
