Pleasant stay; it's within walking distance of Busan Station, which makes it a convenient location. The room was very clean and comfortable. This is the second time we stayed here; the bay views were really special. My favorite things are the washing machine and the "styler". There were a lot of shelves and hangers for our stuff and clothes.
The staff was also always very helpful and polite.
None; everything was good. Will stay here if I ever visit Busan again, which is highly possible.

Location, view from the apartment, massage chair, great staff, big living room! Buffet restaurant down stairs!
A lot off walking to get to the apartment! Key cards didn't work well!

Clean and large rooms
Very difficult to find office to get keys. I went to the building but the office was in another building. The instructions on how to get there were not clear.
