Das Appartement war eine Enttäuschung, aber die Gegend ist Klasse.
Die Lage ist hervorragend und ideal um von da aus auf Erkundung der Umgegend zu gehen. Es ist sehr ruhig und ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Günstig.
Tja, so leid es mir tut, aber die Liste ist lang:
- Die angegebenen qm stimmen nicht mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Der Gang zum Bad, an einer Garage vorbei, und die kleine Terrasse wurden irgendwie mit reingerechnet.
- Das Bad ist über einen Gang erreichbar, der an einer offenen Garagentür vorbeiführt. Weder die Wohnungstür zum Garagengang, noch die Badtür sind abschließbar. Das heißt dass jederzeit jemand über die Garage das Mietobjekt betreten kann.
- Es waren Elektrogeräte vorhanden, jedoch Steckdosen nicht. An der äusserst billigen Miniküche, befand sich überhaupt keine Steckdose. Auch keine Stellfläche für ein Elektrogerät wie Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Behelfen musste man sich über ein Verlängerungskabel und die Geräte am Besten auf dem Boden abstellen. Sehr abenteuerlich.
- Die Küche hat kein Licht. abends braucht man eine Handylampe.
- Die eine von zwei Nachttischlampen ist nur zur Deko weil keine Steckdose vorhanden ist. Es wäre über haupt kein Problem über Putz, mit ein paar Kabelkanälen ein paar Stromleitungen für das Nötigste zu legen. Es handelt sich wohl um eine umgebaute Garage, wogegen nichts zu sagen ist. Aber dann muss ich sie so umbauen, dass sie auch ordentlich vermietet werden kann.
- Der Garderobenspiegel steht auf dem Boden an die Wand gelehnt. Eine falsche Bewegung in der Nähe und er fällt um. Warum macht man nicht ein kleines Schräubchen in die Wand und hängt ihn auf?
- Eine halbe Rolle Klopapier zur Begrüßung und keine Reserve im Bad. Das ist ärgerlich, vor allem wenn gerade Feiertag oder Sonntag ist. Bei allem Verständnis für sparsames Haushalten, aber das ist dann doch zu arg.
- Das TV Gerät hat wohl Internetfernsehen, aber das W Lan ist so schwach, dass es bei Laden von aktuellem Fernsehprogramm enorme Schwierigkeiten gibt. Wir konnten in vier Tagen Aufenthalt eine Serie laden und das war ausgerechnet Pater Braun. Nimmt man halt in seiner Verzweiflung in Kauf.
Gäbe noch mehr, aber hier ist Schluss.

Wohnen im erweiterten Heizungskeller
Die Tierwelt in der Wohnung: von Schnecke über Spinnen und Kellerasseln war alles da. Zudem haben sie einen begabten Fotografen. Die Bilder könnten, da es sich um ein anderes Bett und andere Einrichtungsgegenstände handelt, aber vielleicht auchaus einem anderen Zimmer stammen.
Fast alles: es brummt die ganze Zeit aus dem neben liegenden realen Heizungskeller, die Einrichtung ist billig und geschmacklos und kaputt (Garderobe ist wackelig zum wiederholten Mal angebracht, das Rollo nicht zu öffnen und zum Teil hinunter gefallen), es war zudem dreckig (überall Spinnweben, unter dem Bett Wollmäuse und Laub, was mir eher nicht aufgefallen wäre, wenn ich dort nicht verzweifelt nach einem Dreifachstecker gesucht hätte, die Toilettenbrille war eindeutig auch nicht gereinigt) und es war mit 158€ pro Nacht mehr als überteuert. Bei 58€ hätte ich "zweckmäßig" hier als Bewertung geschrieben und nicht gemeckert, bei dem Preis nicht. Das Zimmer ist durch einen Gang mit der Nasszelle verbunden und sehr dunkel.
