The terrace is nice and the facilities were good. Antonella was very helpful and a good communicator. She allowed us to leave our luggage for a time and responded quickly to questions.
It was located on the very top floor, no lifts. We managed fine but would not recommend it to elderly people.

Die zentrale Lage war gut, Parkplätze im den umliegenden Straßen immer zu finden. Es war überall sauber.
Bei der Buchung wurde eine zweiraum Wohnung zur Alleinnutzung gebucht, mit einem privaten Jacuzzi. Beim Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse stand öffentlich. Aber vor Ort wurde klar, neben uns gibt es 4 ! Zimmer, die alle die Dachterrasse mitbenutzen. Und wir mussten durch deren Flur durchgehen. Aus einem Zimmer haben die Bewohner uns sogar beobachtet und es gab eine Camera. Wir wollten einen netten Abend verbringen, aber die Umstände haben es schwer gemacht, zu genießen.
Der private Jacuzzi existiert übrigens nicht mehr, nur die Rohre aus der Wand bezeugen das. Von den Nachbarn hört man unterdes alles: deren Gespräche in der Küche, bei ihrem Duschen das Wasserlaufen in den Wänden im Schlafzimmer. Alleinnutzung ist definitiv nicht vorhanden. Die Dusche war mal schön, aber wirkt abgenutzt. Die verrostete Halterung ist sofort herausgebrochen, als ich eine Shampooflasche abgestellt habe.

Taras z jacuzzi i pięknym widokiem na Palermo
Sposób zameldowania się. Pani miała otworzyć nam drzwi „zdalnie” zamiast zostawić klucze gdzieś przy drzwiach. Niestety kiedy mu przyszłyśmy do obiektu, jej nie było przy telefonie i musiałyśmy całkiem długo czekać na dusznym poddaszu aż ktoś otworzy nam drzwi. Klimatyzacja wyłączała się też sama, co jest dość nie wygodne w sycylijskich warunkach.
