About this house rental
Welcome to our colonial home in the heart of downtown Seaford! This newly renovated 1 bedroom basement apartment is the place stay when you want to be near it all: restaurants, train station, grocery store and more are within walking distance. Accommodations offer a clean, cozy and safe place to stay while you get to spend time in the place we call home. Please note ceilings at 6'1" high, this unit is not suitable for taller guests.
You are welcome to use the fire pit in our backyard to unwind after a long day.
Please note the workspace is a desk and chair found in the bedroom. This is a lower level unit and the ceilings at slightly over 6 foot high.

The room was very well kept, had all of the basic amenities and more. The street parking was extremely ideal. The walkability to the CVS was definitely a plus. The guest instruction guide was helpful and detailed. Could not recommend staying here more!

Convenient location. Parked right outside the door. Gracious hosts. Although it was a basement apartment, it was very quiet. Place was well furnished, and I will definitely consider staying there again.
