Very very unpleasant accommodation!

Location

The property was damp with mould on the walls. It smelt of damp as well as horrible smelling plug in diffusers which were obviously used to mask the smell. Soft furnishing and bedding had a damp feel. Not pleasant at all. The first night we couldn’t use the double bed as something had been spilt on it and was wet through.

The apartment is compact but tastefully decorated, and a lot of thought has gone into making the most of the small space. The location is perfect for exploring the town, and parking was secure and easy to access.

The bathroom smelt very damp and was the first thing you smelt as you arrived. On our last day, we decided to go for a walk and return to the apartment to freshen up before departing at 11.00. When we got back to the apartment, the cleaner was already in and had started the turnaround. Although our car was still parked in the parking bay and the keys had not been returned. The cleaner rudely told us that she had knocked and no one was in.

Er werd vooraf en tijdens het verblijf zeer goed gecommuniceerd door de vriendelijke host. Super fijne accommodatie en veilige parkeerplek voor de auto. Het zit op loopafstand van het centrum. Aanrader!

Heel net en perfect onderhouden appartementje met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. De ligging is daarenboven op een korte wandelafstand van het commerciële centrum van Troyes. Groot voordeel is ook de beschikking over een afgesloten privē-parkeerplaats aan de achterzijde van het appartement.
