The beautiful little cottage was ideal for us. It was clean and had everything we needed.
The jacuzzi was kept clean and checked daily. The beds were very comfortable. The scenery was stunning.
It’s not that we didn’t like it but I would say that if you are there for the Ironman weekend you must be prepared to walk.

The property was in a lovely secluded location with only the birds for noise. Having 2 dogs this property is perfect for them to run around safely. Just a note to owners that there is a gap under the gate that small dogs can get through.
We felt the out back of the property needs a clean up or a paint and the settee and beds need updating for the price point. Just a small note and more about the location there is no where close to walk to like a pub or cafe or shop you will have to drive out for this.

The cottage was in an idyllic location very peaceful. We arrived early so I contacted the owner who informed me the cottage was ready and to go on in. The linen was pristine, all glassware, utensils and crockery were spotless, the cottage was really clean and warm. The owner thought about reading material and games for both adults and children. The jacuzzi was wonderful my husband and grandson loved it. Bottle of prosseco in fridge a lovely gesture, thank you Josh. The shower was boiling hot with plenty of room to maneuver.
There was nothing to dislike, only one comment, the garden furniture could do with an upgrade as walking around the other cottages on site which did have lovely modern furniture.

Cowslip Cottage had everything we needed and more with the jacuzzi. Great location for visiting the local area. Clean and tidy.
The pillows were a bit too firm for me, but that's being really fussy.
