The studio apartment was exactly as pictured and had what we needed for our one night stay. Close to central circus (great for transport links) and a short (20-30 minutes) walk away from old quarter. There are plenty of coffee shops and amenities nearby. The staff were super helpful and kind. Although on a main road the noise was surprisingly not as loud as expected.
The apartment was particularly hot and took a long time to cool down and the air on is only available when you are in the room so there isn’t a way of cooling it down whilst you’re out for a couple hours. Only downside really.

The property was perfect for what we needed, a few days to stop over in Hanoi. It is a few minutes walk to the south entrance to train street.
The staff were very helpful and kind. Other reviews mention the “ receptionist” to be rude. I think the issue for past travellers is he doesn’t speak much English, however when visiting another country you can’t expect that from everyone. It was very easy to send a message on booking.com or use google translate.

No heater in the flat with the outside temperature at 12 degrees was extremely uncomfortable. and communication was a bit slow.
