Excellent location in town centre, close to cafes and restaurants. Free parking available around the corner. Big kitchen and bathroom done up very nicely. Spacious rooms. Fast Wifi. Heating works well and easy to use with Nest controller. Beds comfortable.
Could have used a dishwasher, bin lid was broken, garden could be nicer with a few plant pots. Back double bedroom could use a socket next to the bed for light/charging, but only minor gripes really, did not detract from our stay.

For us the beds were a bit soft; otherwise very comfortable home.

Everything basically. Location is fantastic, right next to town centre. Ballymena is a lovely wee town, lots of independent shops as well as shopping centres if the weather is iffy. It would make an ideal base if you were exploring N.Ireland. Great location for visiting the North Coast and Belfast.
Nothing really, I think clearer more indepth instructions about the heating and waste disposal would be beneficial for future guests. This isn't in any way a negative, it should be in more info.

Fantastic location, host was brilliant & helpful. Beautiful house spacious & immaculate. Half hour drive to Belfast & the coast, we will definitley be back. So comfortable & modern inside. Loved it!
The only drawback was in the bright mornings we were awake very early with only blinds on the windows. But otherwise the house is fabulous
