这种方式可能适用于短期住宿，但不适合长期租赁。房东对长期住客的接待准备不足。 While the initial viewing went smoothly, my 31-night stay revealed significant issues that shorter-term guests wouldn't notice. ### Host Communication The welcoming message promised "Reach out anytime if you need any help," but questions about missing or broken equipment were selectively answered. When I requested housekeeping (included in the rental), arranging spare keys became unnecessarily complicated. The host couldn't comprehend needing two keys—one for my partner, one for the cleaner—leading to days of unclear WhatsApp messages. ### Property Access Parking gate operation wasn't explained. The intercom didn't work, and my repeated questions went unanswered. I discovered through trial and error that a dark rectangle serves as the key card reader. ### Furnishings and Quality The furniture quality is poor. The dining table has permanent stains and loose, squeaky legs. The sofa is too small with an uncomfortable backrest. The bed has an excessively hard mattress. There's no proper wardrobe—just a small wooden bar, making long-term clothing storage impossible. ### Missing Amenities Multiple essentials were missing: curtain ties (requested several times, never provided), towel hanger in the small toilet, dish rack, dustpan, adequate hangers, bathroom shelf, and sufficient kitchen utensils. When requesting more items, the response was "that's all we provide." I purchased and left behind a dish rack and dustpan myself. ### Technical Issues The air conditioners lack cooling power, making the apartment consistently hot. The TV takes minutes to turn on. Water drips from the wall AC unit. Poor bathroom ventilation creates excessive humidity. ### Conclusion When I said I wouldn't extend my stay, there was no follow-up—clear disinterest in feedback. This may work for one-night stays, but it's unsuitable for long-term rentals. The host is unprepared for extended-stay guests.
