Absolutely disgracful service
the pool and poolsode restaurant was beautiful we had to stay outside so enjoyed this.
i am absolutely disgusted at the quality of sevice from this place. me and my husband arrived, checked in and were shown to the apartment. it was clean and apart from the high double loft bed which was not ideal it was okay. we relaxed for two hours and watched tv, two hours in we hear a loud bang and all the lights and electrical appliances went off. after managing to get the bathroom light on we realised we were without main, lights, air conditioning, tv and the fridge was also not working. i contacted the owner who kept telling me i needed to out 600le on the electric (this was not stated on the booking) i checked the electric it did already have money on. i told her that this was not the cause of the problem. 3 hours and no air con in a 35 degree heat room waiting for her to send her friend. her friend came and said he did not know what happened, he said it would be fine now as he had asked downstairs to trip the fuse box. then he left. straight after it all turned off again. after only 5hours of being there i asked for a refund on our 2 night stay as we wanted to go somewhere else which was not a electrical fire hazard and had constant air con. she refused and kept saying i needed to pay money on the electric which wasnt even needed. we stayed in a friend apartment first night used the swimming pool the next day and returned the second night to pack and clean. it was dark, no lights. it was late so we slept and were woken to banging on the door and a string of messages asking us to leave at 9am. we left at 10.10 in a hurry as we couldn't see anything the night before to pack. check out clearly states until 12 on the booking. but her cleaner said she had guests arriving so we had to go. i said i wanted to empty the rubbish and the cleaner said they had been paid 20euro to clean so we grabbed our bags and left. we were asked again to pay 600le on the electric but i refused saying we had no electric there.
